The Temple Beth Israel community takes seriously the Jewish mandate to repair the world (Tikkun Olam). We do so by working for social justice, building interfaith harmony, protecting the environment and caring for the welfare of all the creatures with whom we share our world.    

 SJG - our TBI Social Justice group coordinates our Tikkun Olam activities. To join or to find out more just let us know by calling 9510 1488 or email the office and we'll forward your request.

NOTHING BUT NETS - TBI is joining congregations around our region in the Union for Progressive Judaism and around the world in fighting malaria by raising funds to buy mosquito nets for communities in need.  To donate in Australia please you can donate online here or by contacting the TBI office on 9510 1488.
