Rabbi Fred Morgan, Senior Rabbi
Rabbi Morgan came to TBI in September 1997, after a varied career which included several years as Lecturer in Religious Studies at the University of Bristol, England, and 14 years as Rabbi of North-West Surrey Synagogue, south of London. He is a graduate of Leo Baeck College, London, where he was made a Fellow in 1997 for his services to teaching. He is also Honorary Associate Rabbi of Sim Shalom Community, Budapest, Hungary. Rabbi Morgan’s vision for TBI as a true Jewish Community Centre, providing opportunities for the active involvement and personal growth of all its members from infants to seniors, has provided a fresh impetus for the congregation.
